Overview

HeadHire is a start-up based in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. We believe:

• There is a talent gap; businesses can't find the talent they need to compete and succeed
• Most talent are already employed -- you can't find them on "job search" sites
• Most talent would switch to another company if it offered the right compensation and enticing challenges
• Existing services for finding star performers (for example, professional networks and headhunters) are slow, expensive, and ineffective

We built HeadHire to address these problems.
